- 1 cup rolled oats (or whatever oats you have on hand)
- 1 cup water
- 1 cup almond milk (or other non-dairy milk)
- 2 tsp coconut sugar (or whatever sugar you have on hand)
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- 1/4 tsp pumpkin pie spice/cinnamon
- Add oats, water, and milk in a small pot. Bring to a boil.
- Lower to medium heat and let cook for 4 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Add oatmeal, sugar, seeds, and spices to a bowl and mix well.
